This pumpkin seed oil by Finca La Barca comes from Spain and impresses with the intensely nutty flavours of pumpkin seeds that are gently roasted before being pressed. It is dark green in colour and has a smooth, rich texture. It adds a fine savoury note to salads and desserts. It is also a great addition to pestos and spreads because it not only tastes great but also adds a smooth, velvety texture.

Note: Pumpkin seed oil cannot withstand high temperatures and is NOT suitable for heating. It is intended as a classic topping oil such as on salads or as an ingredient in cold dishes.
