Note: Depending on the type, Recheis Italian pasta can be cooked in a large pot with 1 litre of salted water per 100 grams of pasta – or directly in the oven. The lasagne sheets need about 30 minutes in the oven, the tortellini are ready to serve after 14 minutes.
