Description
The original Spanish potato curd dish is served with small roasted potatoes (“patatas”), and makes and excellent side for grilling or even for a roast. It is very simple to make: mix 2-4 teaspoons of spice with 200 grams of cream cheese or cottage cheese and 50 grams of mayonnaise. Your guests will be impressed!
