Description
The abbreviation MCT stands for Medium Chain Triglycerides – substances that the body can easily metabolise. The advantage is, that these substances do not need to be digested before they can be transported by the lymph system but travel directly to the liver through the blood. The liver converts MCT into energy, providing an immediate supply for the energy needs of your skeletal muscles and brain.

This oil is a combination of ca. 40% caprice acid and ca. 60% caprylic acid. The oil is perfect for salads, sauces, smoothies or for making bulletproof coffee.

Bulletproof Coffee Recipe:

200ml fresh coffee
1 tablespoon MCT coconut oil
1 tablespoon organic butter
Cow’s milk or plant-based milk
Preparation: add the ingredients to a blender and mix until creamy. Enjoy!
