Vitanu – Noodles

Vitanu’s organic konjac noodles are a healthy alternative to conventional noodles. They contain only 7-9 calories per 100 g and are fat, sugar and gluten-free!

Vitanu’s konjac noodles have a neutral flavour and basically absorb the flavour of the sauce you serve them with. They’re safe for people with Celiac’s Disease.

These konjac noodles are completely natural and made from a vegetable fibre from the konjac plant. The fibre is unique and has been used in Japanese cuisine for more than a hundred years.

Prepare the noodles as you would conventional pasta. The pre-cooked noodles are ready to eat in just 3 minutes. All you have to do is rinse them in a sieve and warm them up (preferably in a pan). They’re great in soups too!
