Description
The pasta dough used for the “Good Hair Day Pasta” is made of only two organic ingredients: durum semolina and eggs. The delicious pasta is made using the traditional bronze process. After the pasta is pressed between two bronze plates, it takes on a raw surface texture and thick structure that makes it great for absorbing sauces and keeping a nice bite after cooking.
Serving tip: the fettuccine tastes great with sauces like bolognese or cream-based sauces. It goes well with meat, mushrooms or salmon. The noodles also taste great with tomato-based sauces.
