Description
Made from Moroccan argan nuts that are harvested and cracked by hand before they are cold pressed. This preserves their valuable natural ingredients and flavour particularly well. Suitable for hot and cold dishes.

The yellowish, mild-tasting Argan oil is characterized by its high vitamin E content and monounsaturated fatty acids. Vitamin E is a nutritious antioxidant. Due to the fatty acid spectrum, argan oil is suitable even for frying.

Argan oil is especially recommended for refining pasta sauces, dips, salads, fish or meat dishes. A few drops of its nutty flavour give your food a special touch.
