Fennel and Orange Salad Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 fennel bulbs, thinly sliced
  • 2 large oranges, peeled and segmented
  • 1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup black olives, pitted and sliced
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • Fresh fennel fronds (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Fennel:
    • Trim the fennel bulbs, removing the stalks and fronds. Reserve some fronds for garnish.
    • Thinly slice the fennel bulbs using a sharp knife or a mandoline.

    • Peel the oranges, removing all the white pith.
