This creamy salad dressing contains rapeseed oil, brandy vinegar and egg yolk with added honey, ginger puree and selected spices for a delicious flavour. The sweet and spicy dressing goes well with all types of vegetable salads and harmoniously complements slightly bitter salads such as radicchio and chicory.
